Buenos Aires, December 10 (NA) – Morena Rial remains detained at Unit 51 in Magdalena, and her legal case took a new turn this Wednesday. Her lawyers filed a request with the San Isidro Court of Appeals to have her transferred for medical examinations, following the influencer's own report of a missed menstrual period.
According to the Argentine News Agency (NA), this information came to light on the 'A la Tarde' (America) program, where they suggested that Morena might be pregnant. In a phone call with the show, her lawyer Martín Leiro avoided giving details but confirmed the central fact: the media personality reported a missed period, and no tests have been conducted yet to determine if she is pregnant.
The request for medical examinations comes after the court once again denied the request for house arrest for Jorge Rial's daughter, a strategy her defense has been insisting on since her detention.
Morena has been in prison for two months, accused of participating in home burglaries while driving with her son Amadeo. While the justice system maintains the restrictive measure, the young woman has achieved a small step forward in the prison: she has been authorized to use her cell phone 24 hours a day, just like the other inmates.
The case is advancing, the defense continues to insist on improving her detention conditions, and now there is added uncertainty over a possible pregnancy that will need to be confirmed with medical tests in the coming days.
